Moving and grooving in Upper Elementary this week.
Edgemont FFA will be hosting a Fall Festival on Saturday, October 12th! It is free to the public with free-will donations available for the FFA chapter .
Update on the junior high football game scheduled for Tuesday, October 8:
Our junior high football team will be scrimmaging each other at 4:30, rather than playing the Hulett Red Devils.
We hope to see everyone at the football field at 4:30 on October 8 to watch the Edgemont junior high football team show off their skills.

The junior high football game scheduled for Tuesday, October 8 ,has been canceled. We are trying to pick up another game, and we will keep everyone posted as we learn more.
The Primary Class has continued its study on Native Americans. We got to check out a buffalo skin. We imagined what it would be like to have clothes made out of it. We also designed our own paper teepees with things that are important to us.

HSFB has a game tomorrow in Newell at 7pm. The bus will be leaving at 3:45pm, please have students at the school by 3:30pm.

We have a couple of football schedule updates for the week:
High School football will be played in Newell Saturday, October 5, at 7:00.
Middle School football will hold a scrimmage at home on Thursday, October 3, at 7:00.
We hope to see everyone at both games!
The Primary Class started learning about the ways of the Sioux. They learned that they painted on their teepees. The question was asked, "Where did they get paint?" So we had to test out "painting" with leaves at recess.
HS Lady Moguls have a home game tonight at 6pm. The theme is USA. Be loud and proud everyone!
Some projects from High School CTE this week. The Ag structures class worked on the ceiling of the crows nest and Food Science made some delicious breakfast pizza from scratch!
Don't forget, parent teacher conferences are tomorrow, Thursday, September 26. If you are an elementary parent, you should have gotten a scheduled time to meet with teachers. 6-12 parents, please come between 4-8 to meet with teachers. Preschool-5th grade will not have classes. 6-12th grade will be dismissed at 2. See you tomorrow!
