Remember that we offer fresh breakfast for all of our students at Edgemont School. Breakfast is served 7:30am-7:50am Monday- Thursday.
JH Wrestling will be going to Sturgis tomorrow. The bus will be leaving at 1:15pm, please have students at the school no later than 1pm.
On Thursday, November 21, 6:00, there will be a parent meeting for both high school girls' and boys' basketball. Please meet in the gym lobby to attend the appropriate meeting.
And just like that, we are on to the next sports season!
Just a reminder that our county health nurse will be here Monday. If you would like your child to get their Flu Vaccine, please fill out and return the consent form along with a copy of your health insurance card no later than tomorrow. If you need another consent form, we have more available in the office. If we do not get a consent form, your child will NOT receive the Flu Vaccine.

The Nifty 50's are all around. We celebrated the 50th day of school on Thursday. We danced the Twist, went to the high school soda shop for smoothies, and saw how a record player worked. On Monday, we enjoyed the 7th & 8th grade musical which was set in the 1950's. Don't forget to check out our Super Learners of the week!
Flu season is here! Our county health nurse Jackie Waldner will be at our school on Monday Nov.25th to give flu shots to students. We are sending home the permission form to be filled out and returned to the school no later than Thursday Nov. 21st.

School will be dismissed at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 12, while our girls play at the SoDak 16. This will change the lunch schedule a bit, but we will make sure everyone has an opportunity to eat before they leave.
If any 9-12 grade (not middle school this time, sorry!) students would like to ride the fan bus to Chamberlain, please sign up in the office tomorrow. They will need to pay $5 and have a permission form signed.

The middle school girls basketball game scheduled against Oelrichs for November 12 will be rescheduled. Instead, their first game will be at home on November 14 at 4:30 against Custer. Please join us!
Our middle school wrestling team has a busy week coming up! Their first tournament is tomorrow, Nov. 9, in Hill City at 10:00. They wrestle in Newell on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 4:30. We've added a tournament on Thursday, Nov. 14, in Hemingford at 9:00. They finish the week next Saturday, Nov. 16, in Lusk, at a boys-only tournament. Wrestling will start at 10:00.

Some of our Primary Learners put their contraction skills to the test today. These doctors performed contraction surgery. We are happy to say that all the patients made a full recovery!
