Congratulations to our volleyball team to making it to the final round of the Region 7 Tournament!
The ladies will be playing in Kadoka on Thursday, November 7. The first game is at 5, and we will play the second game afterward.
We will be taking a fan bus for our 6-12 students. Students will need to sign up and have a signed permission slip to ride. Each rider will need to contribute $5 to the trip, as well as bring money for food. It will be a late return, but it is going to be a great trip!
Go Moguls!

The Book Fair is open!! Everyone is welcome to come shop the book fair. We'll stay open after school as long as shoppers are here. All sales support the school library!

Reminder!! Butterbraids will be in tomorrow! If your student sold any, they will need to be delivered immediately after school or placed in a freezer to prevent thawing.

Happy Election Day! The Primary Class got to check out the voting process today. They stopped by the voting polls and saw how people checked in and what to do with their ballot when they were finished. It was a lovely Fall walk! Don't forget to check out our Super Moguls for this week!

Today has been a day full of Halloween celebrations! It started with the Elementary Concert. (Thanks Mrs. Hollenbeck for all you do to instill the love of music to our kids!)
Then, our awesome kitchen staff made Mummy Fingers for lunch! We appreciated all that they do to keep our school lunches healthy and delicious.

Happy Halloween everyone! Our yearbook students found some spooky ghosts to take photos of in school this week.
(They actually learned more about shutter speed and how to make a ghost effect in their photos.)

Yesterday was Dissection Day! The Primary Class dissected owl pellets to study what owls eat. We found jaw bones, skulls, ribs, and lots of fur!

Just a reminder that our Elementary Halloween Concert is tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Please have your children dress in their Halloween Costumes. Hope to see you there!

Upper Elementary--
Getting our brains ready for the day with a little dancing before class begins.

The Primary Class has been researching nocturnal animals. As a way to share their findings, they created nonfiction books. They got the chance to share these with each other AND with anyone around the school that would listen. If you want to know about raccoons or badgers, make sure to find one of the Primary kids. Also, don't forget to check out our Super Moguls this week!

There will be NO Football practice today.

The week of October 28 is Red Ribbon Week! Here are all the dress up days for the week. We look forward to celebrating being drug free with all of our learners!

Congrats to the senior class for winning the spirit stick this homecoming!! They earned the most points throughout the week by participation in dress up days, hallway decorations, float decorations and class challenges. Way to go seniors!! #mogulpride #schoolspirit
